This module aims to equip members with an understanding of emerging technologies in the property market with a particular interest in valuation.

On completion of this module you should be able to:

- identify the impact of technology on business and property markets

- identify the concepts which describe the application of emerging technologies in valuation and evaluate opportunities

- identify risks presented by technology in property valuation
