Her expertise covers the valuation of residential, commercial, industrial and special-purpose properties for a wide range of purposes, including financing, acquisition and disposal, collective sales, compulsory acquisition, financial reporting, fire insurance, rental assessments and statutory requirements. Throughout her career she has undertaken valuation assignments for numerous government agencies, statutory boards and private-sector organisations, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Housing & Development Board (HDB), Ministry of Education (MOE), JTC Corporation, Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Sentosa Development Corporation, SP Group, Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), Science Centre Singapore and the Singapore Police Force (SPF).

Beyond her valuation practice, Ednas is actively involved in industry education and professional outreach. She regularly conducts property valuation seminars, workshops and webinars for property agencies, financial advisers and corporate organisations, and serves as a trainer for the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), contributing to the advancement of professional standards within the valuation profession.
